Here in SC we are HOT, HUMID (isn't the word) and DRY. My mare Indy, was standing in her water trough yesterday splashing in the water. The little birdies were lined up on the fence waiting to take turns splashing in the tiny mud puddles that Indy was making...The squirrels were camped out in the barn under the stall fans...The barn cat, Chex was inside the house in the a/c watching TV on the couch...I said I wasn't going to complain about the Heat too, back when we had those 5 degree mornings in January, water pipes busting and pumps freezing up, what a mess. WE NEVER get down to 5 degrees, 30's and a few 20's MAYBE....kinda wish we had a few of those mornings now.....
