I am a stitcher on this web not an employee. You need to go to the home page and look up in the left hand corner, you will see Fabric. Go there and look at the Aida fabric. It will show what the inches are measured and you will see all the aida available. If your design is 27 inches times 25 inches, you need your fabric to be at least 3 inches longer on each side. You can call ECS on Monday and get some help with the representative. Their phone number is 8008008517. Are you a first time stitcher? That is quite a large design. Twenty seven inches is over two feet. You probably want to check your measurements. Take care.
