material to do project
I purchased this pattern awhile ago and have been unable to find the cloth to do the project. Does anyone have any suggestion as to where it could be purchased? Help is needed!! Thank you.

If you can not find it here at ECS, you might try Stoney Creek, being it is a Stoney Creek pattern. I have ordered from them, if I can't find what I want here, & have never had a problem.

Are you looking for something special? Looked up the pattern online and descriptions I saw said the model was stitched on 14 ct Aida. You’ll find plenty of that here and in a wide variety of colors too! Happy stitching.
PS: very festive pattern.

It is extremely festive. It is done on 14 count and there is great choice of aida. Go to the ECS home page and look up at the left corner and go to fabrics. Click on that and then you can go through all the aida has (which is a lot). The picture you showed looks like just plain white. You just have to figure out what size you need. I am assuming that you have stitched before? Anyhow, welcome to the chat. My name is Pam and there are lots of gents and ladies who can give great tips and walk throughs. ECS will be open on Monday and their phone number is 8008008517. Peace. Pam

It's a very nice pattern. I especially like the way it's displayed. I'm so tired of framing. It's so difficult to find a good framer.
Does it give finishing instructions or do you have to have someone do it? There again, the results leave a lot to be desired, has been my experience.
Personally, I like linen.

I am tired of framing too. The next two projects are going to be wall hangings. Quite a long time ago, I did a Native American baby swaddled. It is one of my best. Instead of a dowel I went in my yard (this is when I lived in Lawton, OK) and picked up a branch that was just the right size and attached it with brown twine. So with the branch I have a memory of my time in Lawton. For those not familiar with Lawton, it is where they train soldiers with artilliary-in other words kind of bombs. I was almost shell shocked. When your knick knacks are tumbling it is very interesting. Everybody said that I would get used to it. We lived there 10 years and I never got used to it. However, I grew to love Lawton and it was a small price to pay. I developed a respect of our young military and the sacrifice that they make. I digress with my melancholy (sp). I also did a Lady Liberty that I did as a wall hanging. It is fun. You get to drag out our beloved sewing machines. Anyhow, I shouldn't bore you but doing those wall hangings was fun. Peace. Pam Thanks for listening.
