Bojangal - I use the wichelt fabric for my cover all projects. It is a little pricier but is a sturdier fabric. By sturdier I don't mean stiff. It is a nice fabric to work with. Because the pieces I use are usually bigger and more cumbersome to work with I pin all the way around my work area and the wichelt does well with this. I don't know if ECS will do it or not but tomorrow you might call them and ask them if they can send you a small swatch so you can see it and feel it before you decide to make the larger purchase. Doesn't hurt to ask. Just a thought. I do love the wichelt fabric though.
