Where's the color?
My little shop in St. Charles, MO is closed, which is where I use to buy my fabric, has been closed a few years. I still have white aida cloth, but I would like to order Bunny Nest froom my wish list but I can't seem to find the cloth on this website. I even went to the source- DMC that makes Charles Craft. I am so disappointed. Aside from trying another possible color, any suggestions?

Hi,
Need clarification...are you looking for the 14-count Hunter Green aida fabric to do the Bunny Nest pattern?
If so, ECS has it here if you go to tap on ‘Products’ listed under ECS heading above, then tap on fabrics, then tap on aida, you will find in under Charles Craft 14- count aida in the pre-packaged round roll.

xstitcher, your name wouldn't by any chance be Nancy, would it? You mentioned St. Charles, MO and I thought that I would give this a shot. Years ago a lady that worked in a small shop on South Main Street taught me how to cross stitch. I would love to get back in touch with her. We always had a good time chatting and stitching during slow times at the shop.

Small world. My sis and her husband live in St. Charles but she does stamped. She teaches in a middle school. There are so many neat colors now and additional colors. I started out on white and fiddlers, but now I am having fun with new floss colors. Hope you get your kit quickly.

I'm not that Nancye. I heard about that Nancy but never met her. That was a really nice shop. Didn't get there very often even it was only about 15 minutes away. I was there the day before they closed. Bought a small piece of fabric that is still in my stash. Think I will dig it out tonight and find something to stitch for World of Charity Stitching project

Thank you all!
Bermuda I have now filled my shopping cart with the hunter green aida and a pattern.
Bruce, I am a Gail. I believe the shop owner's name was Gayle.
Pam your sister and her husband are very lucky to live in such a wonderful place.
It was an awesome shop. My mom and I would make a day out of going up to Main Street. Mom had couple of beautiful bell pulls finished by someone the shop recommended. Those trips, though not very far (I live in Ballwin) were great fun. We enjoyed not only talking to people at the shop but we went with the intent of buying and she had lovely things to pick from. The fabric selection and sizes available were outstanding.
ECS is the closest thing to the Stitching Etc. shop that I have found.

Now it's time to look at my wishlist one more time and place my order. The coupon that came with my Stitchin' Stuff Box keeps whispering 'I'm here'.... 'skip the Dove ice cream bar and order something!' So I guess I will skip one treat for another : )
