Fabric
HI, can someone tell me where to order the fabric for this series. I have the whole set so far that is out and I never used 30 count Portobello fabric. Is it easy to sew on it, is it that different from Aida thank you so much

It is a 30-count LINEN fabric and is different from aida fabric where you are usually stitching ‘over 1’ square.
The instructions state stitching ‘over 2’ on the project. Some linens will have strands that have ‘nubs’ (tiny round thickened areas of the fabric) and some linen fabrics will have strands of fabric that are thicker and thinner that make up the fabric. Not all linens are like this, but on the plus side, the ‘nubs’ and different diameter sized strands do give that ‘antique fabric’ look to designs.

Are these a set that will be shown together? If that is the case you could just stitch them on the same fabric as the ones you have done previously. Karen

Stoney Creek has it, it’s Studio line Linen...27x36 is $32.00, 18x27 is $16.00. That’s the only place I’ve seen it.
