This design is offered as just a leaflet or a whole kit. The leaflet will just contain the pattern and the supplies can be purchased separately from the pattern, while the kit has everything you need in it to do the design. The SKU for the kit for this product is 3184K. If you type that in the Search box at the top, the product should come up for you.

Also, yes you do have to pay shipping charges and we do not have a standard shipping charge. All shipping charges are based upon your location and the weight of the items in your shopping cart. There's an estimated shipping calculator on the website when you are looking a product. It will show up on the left side and you can enter in your zip code and it will give you an estimated cost for that product to ship to you.
