Most of the Artecy patterns are completely covered. This looks like one also. Artecy patterns are easy to read and are only full cross stitches. I love their patterns!

Hello,
This is a counted cross stitch design and it's all full stitches. This design is what they call a "cover-all" so everything you see there is stitched :) Hope this helps!
