Feeling disappointed
I was under the impression that if asked a question, someone would reply.
But i was very wrong,...since no one replied to a question asked a week ago.

You are on a Chat Line. We are stitchers, not employees. Members are are not obligated to answer any questions about products. We are pretty friendly group. Usually there is one or more members who will give their opinions about almost any topic.

If you have questions regarding specific products you need to contact Customer Service. You can find the link by clicking on the "Customer Care" button near the top left of this page below the Everything Cross Stitch logo. The staff is VERY good about answering questions in a timely manner. ECS has very high Customer Service record.

Ask again. They are closed Saturday and Sunday but an employee tries to monitor questions during non-working hours.

Hello,

This is Kristi with ECS and I monitor our chat boards and help answer any questions regarding our products and website. I usually only respond during our business hours but sometimes I respond after hours as well. Not sure what happened there but I apologize if I missed your original post. Hopefully your question got answered and again, I’m sorry that I missed your first post.
