DMC colour chart
Hey guys,

If I order two of the DMC colour charts and they are being delivered to the one address, do I still have to pay double the shipping fees ??

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers Cherylee.

I believe they have a standard shipping fee of $3.68. I don't know what the weight limit is, but if the charts are not heavy, that charge should cover them. They don't charge shipping by the item, but by the weight of the total order. Enjoy your new charts! Karen

The shipping fees are probably based on the distance your order has to travel and the weight of it is my guess. Kristi will probably see your post on Monday and give you the correct answer. Just a stitcher who saw your post.

ECS shipping fees are based on weight not the number of items. Order as many items as you want at the same time and send to the same address and there would be one shipping fee.

I don't believe they have a flat rate or standard shipping fee.

I added one of the charts to my cart and started the check.out process. Showed $3.68. Added a second, and shipping was $7 something.

I would suggest calling customer service on Monday. Sounds like the weight of the item is enough to bump the shipping rates from one rate to another.

Their faqs for shipping has:

Shipping costs are determined by package weight and destination and will be given to you during checkout

Hi guys!

So shipping charges are based upon the weight of the items in your shopping cart during checkout. When multiple items are added into an order, it changes the weight and therefore changes the size of bubble mailer we have to use to ship it so the rates will change. And I know the USPS raised the shipping rates worldwide a few months ago.....again :( I know shipping charges can get outrageous and we try to keep them as minimal as possible but the weighing process is what changes things.
