Message from Kristi @ ECS
Hi there everyone!!

Just wanted to give everyone an update :) We will be open Monday 1/21 but since it's a Federal holiday, the USPS will not be running. Just wanted to remind everyone about that just in case there's a small delay in your deliveries from us.

Also, for those in the path of this second winter storm....stay safe and stay warm!! We still aren't sure what all we are getting here in Dayton, OH but it doesn't sound good with any scenario they are predicting. I know I will be staying in all weekend and that's the perfect excuse to get caught up on all of my stitching projects....finally!! Stay safe and cozy everyone :)

It's disgusting cold here and will be cold all weekend as well so I'm staying in and getting caught up on cleaning and hopefully get some stitching done. Stay warm everyone.

I just got a warning for “4-7 inches of snow, or more, or a large accumulation of ice.”
If I get to choose, I’ll take the snow.
Stay safe, and Happy stitching!

Oh, definitely snow over ice, Jaj! We will be staying in all weekend, also. We had freezing rain the other day, so we have a lot of ice on everything. Then we got a dusting of snow on top of that which made it all the more treacherous for walking. Now we have the possibility of more snow on the way this afternoon into tomorrow, how much we don't know yet. Probably not more than a couple of inches, but the temp is only 14 degrees (F) so it's a bit chilly! We will have below zero temps for the first time this winter over this coming weekend. Very unusual for us to have gotten this far into a winter and not had below zero temps. And very little snow! We've not had to shovel or have the driveway plowed yet this "winter." I'm afraid we're going to pay for it later on.

Looks like it will be bad here in the central PA ridges. This will be my first year back here for many years. I was living in Florida. Are hurricanes better?
