Question about centering this one
The pattern is on 2 pages - top on one page, bottom on one page. I usually either start at upper left corner or dead in the middle. What do you suggest on a chart like this? I'm a pretty advanced cross-stitcher but I've never seen this before! Maybe the bottom of the top page would be the top of the second page? Thanks for your help!

Baypointe one of my current WIPs is a two page Imaginating chart should be done black arrows in margin. Take a ruler and wher they meet is center of pattern. Hope picture helps

Update: I figured it out! I'm going to copy the 2 pages, tape them together and use the center of both horizontally to start stitching. I've never stitched a pattern that had multiple pages which didn't indicate "dead center of the whole chart" somewhere. Thank you for your reply.

My problem was that there are a total of 8 margin marks. 4 on each half of the chart.

Usually there are arrows on the chart showing where the center lines of stitching are at. I find the center of the fabric. then determine where the center of the chart is.Then I count up to the top of the fabric where the first line of stitching is. Then from the center line at the top I count over to where the first stitch starts. I have a few charts with multiple pages and i am not inclined to start one. because that will be challenging. I am doing a Victoria Sampler which is on three pages. I made photo copies of each page to work from.

Those are the kind I'm used to! I had never seen this type before. But as I said earlier, I figured it out! Thank you!

Usually when there is more than one page, if there is an overlap in the pattern, it is a darker color, so you will know it is an overlap. i have always had the pattern center marked with the dark arrows.
