Dilemma
So I am having trouble deciding what to stitch. I was supposed to do a card for my Aunt's 60th but now her birthday is on March 3rd and I haven't even started. With my habitual starting and stopping on projects I am not sure I will get it done in time. I got some of the snowman Wizzers by Janlynn and on this snowy day I want to start those. Then those UFOS that I have laying around to think about. So I need you all's opinion on what to do next. I am so stuck I feel like I am Austin Powers trying to turn around in the first movie. Bermuda that was for you! LOL

Write the name of each one on a small piece of paper. Fold each paper up and put into a cup. Mix them up then pick one from the cup. There is your next project :-)

Follow your heart on which pattern is calling to you....

Who do you think TAUGHT Austin Powers how to do that 3-point turn? ๐Ÿ˜Š

Carissa, you receive those free cards from World, would they not be big enough? Maybe you could do one of those and give her something larger later. You may have something in your stash that you have forgotten about. I have a pile of those World cards unstitched and I am going to start using those to break up the big project I am working on-lots of confetti stitches.

Hallmark says it better----not! I'm sure anything you do your Aunt would love.

Carissa, the decision is up to you. But I think you should just stitch a small card for your Aunt, you still have a couple of weeks to do that and some of those small designs can be done in a weekend! Then you'll have it out of the way, and can move on the the Wizzers or whatever else you want to do.

Carissa are you doing all the wizzers?

Dilemma solved. For Christmas grab bag I was going to make a little Thyme cross stitch and put it on a journal and give with three colors of pens. I didn't go to Christmas so I still have all the supplies to do that. THAT is what I am going to do for my aunt. It should not take me very long to complete.

I have several projects going at any one time... and more in the queue. I'm BAD!! And just when I say "no more patterns" along pops up a Wish List item at my LNS! Yes... I bought it! There's a saying... who dies with the most patterns isn't stitching fast enough! I'll definitely qualify. Just stitch what your heart tells you to tackle, rotate, vary your projects. Whatever makes you happy is what's important! -barb
