Why is there no fabric recommendations for this project? What size of 14 ct. should I use?

It says white aida, but you could use any color since it is a cover-all. It is 219x293 stitches, 15.6 x 20.9 inches. I would use a piece that is 22 x 27 inches at least. Hope this helps.
