Fihished size
I see the project size --but is that the finished size?
Seems like I always have problem with this-not sure which is which
What I am asking is what size fabric to purchase to complete and a couple of edges all around for mounting

Dakota, I cut my fabric so that I have 3 inches on all sides for framing. That is such a neat pattern with perfect colors. Please share your work along the way. It is fun to see the progress. Pam

There is a fabric calculator on the left side of the pattern page. You can change fabric count. This is what it has for 14 count, but you can change it.

Calculation Results:
Fabric Size: 13" x 16" when stitched on 14ct Aida
We recommend at least 2 inches of extra fabric around the design for framing and finishing.A piece of 13"x16" fabric will give you 2" of extra fabric on the left and right, and 2.2" on the top and bottom.
Note:The stitched area will be 9" x 11.6".
