Yes, the fabric that is listed in the Supply list is what is recommended by the designer of the design. It's 14ct. White Aida and it's at the bottom of the floss listing in the supply list :) Artecy designs are what they call "cover-all" designs. Meaning, all of the fabric will be stitched (minus the border) so none of the fabric will show. So you can use any color or count of fabric you like for these designs, the 14ct. White is just what is suggested by the designer :) Hope this helps!

If you use 14 ct White Aida consider using 3 strands of floss. I have found the background sometimes shows through with 2 strands. I would try stitching a test area to see if you like the coverage😃
