Thank you for sharing your ideas! (Need help on one more thing...)
Thanks to everyone that gave me ideas, tips, encouragement etc regarding the Mill Hill kits. I choose a couple very small kits which were originally back ordered but arrived nearly as quickly as the items that were in stock. I also purchased the bead board thing (like a mini CD case that opens up and holds beads on both sides because of the sticky surfaces. I will let you know how it goes and post pic when I finish. Thanks again for all!!

Is there an easy way to post a picture of a kit or item for sale at ECS? I've noticed some members post pictures of a kit they are referring to. I attempted copy image and paste into the message box but that does not work for me. Thanks in advance for you help (once again:)

If you want to add "your" image, it has to be uploaded. Use the picture box to browse to the location on you device or pc where the image is.

If you are wanting to have a post that is linked back to an item that ESC sells, while looking at that item, use the + next to Chit Chat. Then you can "start a chat".

Thank you for the adding a picture recommendation. I know how to upload if I already have the picture on my computer using the browse feature so I'm OK there.

When I go to an ECS item and click on the + option, the picture in the upper right is always the same (and it's not of the item I'm viewing), is that correct? Also, is there a way to get the picture of the ECS item in a chat topic that's already started. For example, if I wanted to show you something I liked on ECS, could it go under the topic of my "thanks" subject or does the + automatically start a new chat?

Thank you in advance, I know I'm a newbie with boards and explaining things to a newbie can be tedious especially on things that seem basic once learned:)-

So if you want to add an image to an existing post, you have to upload it, in a new reply on the existing thread. If you use the Chit Chat + associated to an item, it starts a new thread.

You stumped me on the same image...so I tested. I used the Chit Chat + option on an item, and saw an image that was not the item in question (I saw a fractional type picture with a black background with bright colors). I went ahead and posted a 'test' chat. The correct image did show in the Chit Chat that was created. Not sure if the first image shown is a static one or where exactly it came from, but the post did have correct image.

Thanks again Marz, I actually got it to work:) I can now share the patterns I purchased from the site and ask questions about some of them that do not have any specifics listed:) I'm happy to have learned. Thanks again!
