Yes! If it says "kit" you get the fabric printed with the design on it (that is why it is called "stamped" (the design is stamped on the fabric), the necessary floss and a needle.
If can item says pattern, it is just the design only, no fabric or floss or meedle, but this seldom happpens in stamped ross stitch, as the pattern is on the fabric. Sometimes stamped items are nit a kit and you get just the stamped fabric and nothing else.
With counted cross stitch, if jt says "pattern" it is only a graped pattern that you foloow. A counyed ross stitch kit contains blank fabric, floss, needle and the graphed pattern.
