I didn't see this color available for sale. Did I miss it? Or, is there a good alternative?

We do not have this specific fabric available that is why it's not listed in the supply list underneath the pattern. The color of the Confederate Grey Linen by Weeks Dye Works is like a greyish brown and the closest we have to that on our website is the 32ct. White Chocolate Linen. That's what I would compare it to at least by looking at the pictures online. I don't have the Confederate Grey Linen to look at in person so I can only go by what I see online :/ Maybe some other stitchers on here have some other suggestions for you though :)

This is a very interesting project. I notice that the cover says "patterns"

That means each piece is stitched individually, right?

If someone wanted to frame it like the picture would they stitch it all as one piece or individual squares.

I'm wondering too, Nancye. It almost looks like individual pieces that have been padded and stuffed into the frame. I say this because it's looks a little sloppy on the bottom. The frame looks like a shadow box. The center piece looks like it's stitched on one piece of fabric. I wouldn't attempt it unless Blackbird Designs sells the frame. The motifs are cute.
