“ Revealed” #14 El Shaddai means God Almighty and All-Sufficient One. The Scripture reference is Genesis 48:3-4.
This name for God occurs 7 times in the Old Testament. Shaddai comes from the Hebrew word “shad” meaning breast. This gives the idea that God is completely nurturing and supplys His people with all their needs. More than that He POURS out His blessings upon us, meaning they are given with an open hand, no conditions, simply because we have a need. 🎶 We will praise and lift you high El Shaddai 🎶

Good Tuesday morning everyone. Still cold, but a warm up to the mid 30's expected and tomorrow we're hoping they can still deliver our new shed. Not much going on today and no errands, so we're just going to enjoy the day. Have a terrific Tuesday.

Good Monday morning everyone. Starting with prayers for friends and families for the students at Brown University and for the friends and families of the Jewish killed in Australia. Such senselessness. We don't watch the news on Sunday so just found that out and not good to wake up to that. Today still bitterly cold so one more day of toughing that out. Today should finish my little Design Works ornament of the three candles and make a meat loaf for later. Happy new week!

The fine art of knot tying…unfortunately, with my floss..on the back of my work…I’ve not yet mastered the art of untying said knots….

Is Silly Birds a kit or a pattern? I'm looking for something that uses DMC floss, but is preferably a kit that includes the supplies. I'm on a fixed income and trying to cut corners when I can.
