This subject often comes up on Reddit cross stitch. If you are stitching something and you get to the point where you just don't like it, what do you do? It seems some people just plow along any way because of the time they already invested. Some stop, go to something else, and come back to it. Some people (like me) just abandon it, because once I decide I don't like it, I'm done and I'm not going back. What to you all do?

Sunday is snowed! 5"! It was beautiful until I had to clean off the car Monday morning. I've been cleaning off my car the exact same way, no gloves, for 12 years. Monday I ended up with frostbite on every single one of my fingertips. What happened?? I've never had that problem before. I'm not going to lose the fingertips, but the burning pain is something I will have to live with for a long time, no estimate how long that will be. I've been soaking my fingers with tepid water and sometimes Epsom salts and wearing gloves almost all the time. Any other suggestions? My doctor was utterly useless.

I cannot believe this. I have been scammed 4 times this year with my credit card and each time I had to get a new card with different numbers ! Very agrivating because I had to call all the merchants that deduct certain bills that I use to pay them with.... I switched to debit cards and then my debit card was scammed. I cannot believe this. So now when I use my new card, I am supposed to get am alert on my phone so the card will bre accepted, but that alert doesn't come and I am forced to use a another card ! I really like my old card because I get cash rewards with it ! WOW ..awful ! Many scammers out there, ladies and gents...so be aware and check your balances "every day" !!!!1

Good Thursday morning everyone. Yes, it's Friday eve, and so far the week has been going well. Finished my little decoration yesterday and decided to stitch a few more little Christmas decorations. No shed delivery yesterday and it has been postponed until Monday due to the driver having the flu. Hopefully the weather will hold until then. Today will be what I hope to be an ordinary day in the life of this retiree! Have a thrilling Thursday!

Only five to go….these two are getting stretched back into shape…I think the little square was intended to be a dollhouse rug…but I’ll put it with my bears…the round is is the old mill on Nantucket…and will be another one for the tree…
