If you tap the ‘view item’ button below and to the right of your chat, you will see that this project is a Pattern.
ECS is closed on the weekends, but Kristi from ECS will see this on Monday and put up the floss list for you.
If you go to ‘Customer care’ Heading above and then go to the ‘Contact us’, there is the phone number and a place for you to send an e-mail to ECS if you wish.
I’m not an ECS employee but one of the stitchers that saw your ‘chat.’ :)

I'm guessing, but from what you said, what you purchased was a pattern and you included the listed floss, but I don't think it was a complete kit which includes pattern, fabric, floss, needle, and, maybe beads and a beading needle. Please talk to customer service Mon morning, we stitchers just want you to get everything that you need. 😊

Not all of our patterns will have a floss list supplied for them at this time. This is something that we are always working on for the website but with the amount of designs we have and keep adding, the task is quite large. If you need to see a supply list for a design because it's not listed on our website, just contact me on here or via email and I will get a list posted as soon as possible.

This product is not available as an actual kit. We only have the pattern available and I have the listed the supplies for it so you should see them all listed there on our website now. Hope this helps. Thank you.
