Hello,

This specific item doesn't come with an actual pattern. The lid of the box is already hole punched (perforated) so you just stitch through the holes that are already there and you can create your own design on it. I believe the package itself contains some color suggestions as well as designs to go by but it's for this specific box/product. Hope this helps!
