It looks beautiful Jaj. But I hate to say it but I think you will have to put it to one side for awhile and do something else until you get your mojo back otherwise you will become frustrated and will not enjoy doing it.

You area doing great work! I am with you though. I also like it but I don't like working on it, there is something about it, maybe it is the constant thread changes or the fact that you have to stitch the same things twice, one for each side of the butterfly, the 1/4 stitches, all the orange, I don't know, but whatever it is I can't wait to get it done. I have found some enjoyable areas that I liked stitching, however the broom wasn't that area...lol I am working on the upper right wing now and hope to get that finished this weekend with the blizzard we have coming in tomorrow through Thursday but we shall see.

Yes Nettie I think it’s all of those things! I’m so glad it’s not just me. I’ve put it away twice now, A third time may be on the horizon!

Oh, no, is it really that bad? I have this pattern, also, and am anxious to get started on it but after reading your comments I'm beginning to doubt whether or not I should. I don't mind quarter stitches, and orange is one of my favorite colors, will that be helpful? 😟 Jaj, yours is really beautiful, and I would never know it's giving you problems.

Nettie, you are a great stitcher. The butterfly looks awesome and when you get through, you should be proud of yourself. I just hate that you don't like working on it. It looks like you are almost done. Take care and post the finished product. Jaj, sorry I missed your post! The butterfly is really cool and it seems like it is coming along great. I admire you for sticking with it. I have so many WIPS in the bottom of my stash that I need to get with it and plow on.

It's beautiful, Jaj. I understand your frustration. I had a design years ago that was basically the same thing over and over again. I had to set it aside for a bit even though I liked it and I was on a deadline with it. Please post the finished project because your stitching is fantastic!

You can do it. I have decided I am not even going to open a new Whizzer until I have one done and so on until they are finished. BTW Love that stitchin!!!
