GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind FRIDAY
Good Friday the 13th morning everyone. Hope everyone has a lucky day! I have truly enjoyed all the dog stories and picture lately and today's featured meme is of Aloka the peace dog walking with the monks. I love his heart-shaped marking on his head. Here's a link to watch this historic event, which NO mainstream news covered.

I know I feel more inner peace since we shut phones and computers down after a culmulative hour a day. I notice it in my breathing and ability to focus and I feel much calmer. Wishing everyone a peaceful day!

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind THURSDAY
Good Thursday morning everyone. I've been watching with interest the Buddhist peace march and their dog Aloka. Aloka was a stray dog that began following the monks on their march. They made it to Washington, D.C., yet not a word after their 2300 mile trek from Texas on foot. It would be so refreshing if mainstream news outlets would actually cover this event. I am so sick of negative news. Today I'm stitching on a small project, but after I do my floors. Good exercise! Have a good Thursday!
