✨ Holiday Closure Announcement ✨
It’s the most stitch-tacular time of the year! We'll be closing up shop early today, (December 23rd) so our team can enjoy our office holiday party! We will then close for the holiday, as well as the weekend so we will be back at our stitching desks on Monday, December 29th!
During our break, phones and order fulfillment will be paused, but our customer service inbox will still be open. 🎄✉️ Response times may be a little slower as our elves enjoy some holiday cheer too, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
And don’t worry! Our website stays wide open for all your cross-stitching needs. Patterns, inspiration, and tiny confetti-like stitches await you anytime!
Wishing you a Christmas holiday filled with family, friends, twinkling lights, and plenty of happy stitching. May your needles be sharp, your floss behave, and your festive projects bring you lots of joy! ❄️🧵✨
Merry Christmas everyone! ~Kristi & the staff @ ECS

Stitching bug
I still can't seem to catch it. I have tried several different patterns, watched videos to help hype me up but I seem to get maybe one row done and then I get frustrated and quit, these are not hard patterns mostly just simple ornaments. I have been like this since I received my bifocals over a year ago and I was working full time then so I just didn't have time to pull everything out so i left it. I have tried everything but I just can't bring myself to do it. I went back to crochet and loved it mostly because it doesn't take a lot of attention, maybe I am a crochet person in cross stitch clothing...lol.

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind TUESDAY
Good Tuesday morning everyone. Not a drop of snow on the ground and it's warming up. Today we will work on putting things into the shed. We decided to make our dinner on Christmas eve, baby back ribs, homemade cheesecake, and cut up veggies in dill dip. Today was my year anniversary on WW and I've lost 40.1 pounds and I've kept that off for 3 months now. My 2026 goal is to lose 10-12 pounds more to goal and then maintain it. I'm hoping when I go for wellness check in March that it's helped losing the weight. It's been quite a year, mostly ups, and a few downs, but all in all a satisfying year. Have a terrific Tuesday and enjoy life.

Christian Stitchers Daily Chat
“Revealed “ #20 Jehovah Jireh means The Lord Will Provide. The Scripture reference is Genesis 22:23-24. In this passage Abraham is directed by God to sacrifice his son, Isaac, to Him. Isaac was the promise Abraham and Sarah had waited 25 years for. Abraham obeyed God and set about doing as instructed. Abraham trusted God to raise Isaac back to life. God provided a ram for the sacrifice instead. All through the Old Testament God is painting a portrait of Christ. In the New Testament we see Jehovah Jireh provide the Lamb of God, His Son, in our place on the cross. God always provides…..in the most the most unexpected and spectacular ways so there is never any doubt about Who has provided.
