Is the blue (sky) background on this pattern stitched or was it done a a special fabric for the variegated blue sky look?

Priority Mail?
So I placed an order on Tuesday, June 16 (mid-day) and paid for Priority Mail and received a notice at 5:15 today, June 20th, that my order was processed on June 19. I'm wondering why I should even pay for the priority mail? I was expecting to receive it today.
