GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind WEDNESDAY
Hello cool, rainy Wednesday morning everyone. It will be an inside day for sure. Have you ever spent a day when you did absolutely nothing? And I mean NOTHING. We watched movies yesterday and lolled around the cottage with the pups. It was rain, wind, and cold and no one felt like doing a thing. On a side note if you can, donate to your local food pantry as 43 million Americans are about to lose their SNAP benefits. Have a wild Wednesday.

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind THURSDAY
Good Thursday and another cool, rainy morning everyone. It's another inside day and I felt sad when we put our bench away yesterday. Tonight is leftover chili so no cooking and stitching. Have a good Thursday!

Hands Free Driving
Question. Do you trust vehicles that drive themselves? I am not comfortable with the concept. I've read about glitches concerning train crossroads and accidents. However, maybe I'm old fashioned? Pam

Zazzle, everything Etsy used to be
Stitching friends, I have to show you *the* coolest clock. I even customized it to have Sewn Blessings on it. I bought it on Zazzle from the shop FromTheRookery. It's now on my gallery wall among ornaments and a couple table runners. It's actually an encouraging clock. When I don't have the energy to do much, I put in one "stitch." It's amazing how much I can accomplish just one stitch at a time.

Alone With God - Pin then lace or what? A bead stitcher needs some help here!
I'm going to try out my new eyes this weekend with Alone With God, my labor of love bead stitching project. You're looking at approximately 6,500 seed beads. All told, there will be 7,500-8,000. I'm so close to being done! Framing it is making me fret though. I know I will have to pin every 1.5 mm, and I will also have to lace it, because this is one heavy piece! Do I lace then pin? Pin then lace? Pin some, lace, and then pin some more? I need a game plan. I already have the frame, a gray 2.5" wide barnwood one, that will look awesome on the light daffodil fabric. Suggestions?

No Peek Beef Tips
Hey, Pam, I made this for lunch today and itβs delicious πππ Maybe it was last week or the week before that you posted it. The recipe makes a lot. I put the rest in the freezer for another meal for us. I used mashed potatoes this time and will try wide egg noodles the next time.

Just a reminder...
Ladies, As a retired mammographer, just want to remind all of you so to get your mammograms done. October is already two-thirds done. No woman should die from breast cancer these days!!! Take care of yourselves.π
