Good Friday morning everyone. This week seemed to go on forever, but it's the endless cold and right now it's snowing again. The winterest winter that ever wintered in a long time. On the up side I'm sure getting a lot of stitching accomplished. I just got some Jobelan linen and I've never stitched on that. Anyone stitch on that and what was your experience with it? After the chores, it's going to be another stitching marathon to while away the winter. Have a fabulous Friday!

Good Thursday morning everyone. Yesterday spent 2 hours on the phone with my sister Dawn. I can't believe how much we have in common and how we think alike. We are definitely sisters. The day just flew after that. Today we pick up our taxes and a quick trip to Menard's and then I will be starting on cross stitch gifts for the four family members. So I'll be taking a side trip to do these smalls from my larger pieces. I love when my path goes off in another direction and I just follow the flow. Stitching gives me such joy. Leviticus 11: 41 - 47


41 ''Now every swarming thing that
swarms on the earth is detestable,
not to be eaten.


42 Whatever crawls on its belly, and whatever
walks on all fours, whatever has many feet,
in regard to every swarm thing swarms on the earth.
you shall not eat them, because they are detestable.


43 "Do not make yourselves detestable through any
of the swarming things that swarm; and you shall
not make yourselves unclean with them so that
you become unclean.


44 For I am the Lord your God. Consecrate yourselves
therefore, and be holy, because I am holy. And you
shall not make yourselves unclean with any of the
swarming things that swarm on the earth.


45 For I am the Lord who brought you up from the land
of Egypt, to be your God; so you shall be holy, because
I am holy.' ''


46 This is the law regarding the animal and the bird, and every
living thing that moves in the waters and everything
that swarms on the earth,


47 to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean,
and between the edible creature and the creature which
is not to be eaten.
