Good Friday morning everyone. Every day is a good day An attitude of gratitude makes all the difference in the world for me. I wake up looking forward to a new day. So many as they age do not feel this way and I hope going through the rest of my life I can maintain this outlook. We are currently facing a serious health issue with Bryan and he is scheduled for surgery on March 16 for a 2 cm. suspicious lesion under his tongue. I am maintaining calm, but inside I am scared for him and what this might reveal. Our dentist discovered this and our doctor referred him to an ENT specialist for evaluation. We will get through this and maintain our gratitude. Have a fabulous Friday!

Hi 👋🏽 all. It has been close to three months since I brought Elizabeth home to live with me and Ezra. What a journey!!! There is still a standoff between them but they are doing the best they can. Ezra has not adjusted to her entirely but she is not always nice to him either. But I recently took a picture of Lizzie’s backside to show everyone. Look at that rump! When she came to me she was skin-and-bone. Look at my girl now!!! Some fine eating. But here is the problem- she wants to eat all the time. Everything. Ezra is accustomed to eating a little then going back, etc. Not good- Elizabeth goes behind him and eats. Poor thing is obsessed with food. I get it- she knows what it is like to be hungry. But she eats plenty now… observe. 😆

Woo Hoo! Here is a picture of the beautiful mystical creature I shared with you before. This time, he arrived at dusk before I had closed the window curtains. I was hiding behind the back door curtains to take this picture. Do you know how hard it was for me to not squeal and jump up and down from excitement? Well, he saw me and quick as a wink he jumped the fence and was gone.

I know duplicate stitch is not very popular…craftman studio used to carry sweaters with vee stitch you duplicate stitch on. You need a sweater with stockinged stitch ( v stitch ) does anyone know where sweaters you can duplicate stitch on? Thank you maryann
