Good Saturday morning everyone. A beautiful day with clear skies, but a threat of rain this afternoon. It will possibly rain on the "No Kings" rally that's being held downtown here. We're steering clear of the downtown or the Wally World because the last rally they had a woman yelled at me and Bryan as we were loading up our Jeep. She had all kinds of stickers on her vehicle and a bra on the back of her SUV. She must not have been affected by the economy because she was driving a Mercedes SUV. Anyway, today is finishing the harvesting of the herbs. I have a lot of sage this year, which will go into our Thanksgiving dressing. The thyme didn't do too well and needs to be moved. The lavender and oregano went wild. I actually finished all the black on page 11 of "Lady" and am looking forward to using different colors today. Have a super Saturday!

Happy Friday morning everyone. Another beautiful, brilliant blue sky fall day in store. We have had the most perfect fall that I can remember in a long time. Our Heavenly Blue morning glories are in their glory and are beautiful! (today's pic) We are still getting tomatoes and today is the gathering of herbs to dry. Almost finished with a page on "Lady" - that all black is B-O-R-I-N-G and I can only do a little bit at a time. Stuffed peppers going into the crock pot so I can do the outside stuff. Hi my friends. Been a few I am revamping my small Christmas village painting them etc, so Monday 10 /6 I reached for a paint tube and my kitty Zoe I scared her she reared up and clawed my right hand, not unusual but this time was different it hurt but not bad Tuesday was sore Wednesday swelling by Friday very red I took my temp Friday nightb102.7 Saturday went b to the emergency room they admitted me CAT SCRATCH FEVER can you believe it. 4 days in the hospital is antibiotics I was released on my birthday 10/14. I'm on pill form antibiotics feel good but not 100 percent.

I was looking for pants that didn’t make me look like I had escaped from the circus? Found something…put them to the test today…came home and ordered 2 other colors…they are soft, and stretchy, and soooo comfortable! And I’m not as tall as the model…so they are the perfect length too!
