Easter Meal-Anything Special?
We are having ham, baked potatoes and salad for supper. I don't know about dessert. It will be probably be something easy peasy. Is anyone having a large family gathering?

Hi...I see a pattern that I like but it's in 16 ct instead of in 14 ct. How do I convert the cross stitch count? Thanks!

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind SUNDAY
Good Easter Sunday morning everyone. It's going to be in the 40's for the next couple of days, but our tulips are starting to show. Spring is sure taking its time getting here. We are having a simple Easter dinner and later will watch some Easter movies together and talk to our families. Wishing everyone a blessed Easter.

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops 1 tbsp. Olive oil 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 tsp. black pepper 1tsp. garlic powder In a pie plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Combine well. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil on a plate. Then coat each chop with the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the chops so they are well coated. Line a pan with tin foil, then spray lightly with cooking spray. Place the pork chops in the pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Tip: I left the bone in and just cooked them 15 minutes longer. I also used Renoylds non stick foil, easier and faster. These chops are really, really tasty.
