Good Monday morning everyone. Today is our 12th anniversary and we decided to go to a Greek restaurant for brunch and a drive. It's supposed to be another picture perfect day with bright blue skies and cool temps. Stitching happily along on "Lady Seated at her Needlework" and if I can do 500 stitches a day I will be finished next month. I actually felt excited stitching on this one after leaving it lie for a few months. Have a magnificent Monday!

I am in need of lighted magnifiers for cross stitching. I'm near sighted & blind as a bat. I wear cheaters with contacts to sew & even wear cheaters over my prescription glasses...so help please. Tired of spending money on things that are clumsy and only sort of help. What works for YOU? Thanks a bunch. Angelica

I watched 2 good shows last night, best of the VMA’s moments to remember….fun to see people like Pink, Madonna, and Britney when they were starting out…

Good Sunday morning everyone. What a gorgeous full moon last night, but I had a hard time going to sleep and had to get up and stitch to make myself sleepy. It lit up the whole yard. Today I am reminded how important it is to protect one's peace and if that means you have to let go of people, places, and things to have that peace then so be it! Today and through the month of October I've decided to finish those last 3 pages of "Lady Seated at her Needlework". I've been on that project for two years now and would like to finish her. Have a Sunday full of serenity!
