Autumn Leaves Wall Quilt Block Aa Cross Stitch Pattern by Cross-Point Designs

On this pattern, a color of thread is called for (Weeks Dye Works #1269 Chesnut) that is used in only one place and I believe that place is an error in the pattern. In the upper left-hand corner of the pattern in the border, there are five stitches that use this color of thread and that is the only place on the pattern that uses this color. The border is only one line of stitches that form a square around the pattern. All other stitches in the border use the Brick color, which is a dark red color. Using Chestnut in just those five stitches just looks wrong and, therefore, I believe this is a pattern error. In all the other patterns in the series, the border is made up of just the color Brick. Can someone take a look at the pattern and tell me if this looks like an error to them?

I am curious as to how many blocks are actually in this wall quilt. It appears a few are missing from your stock.
