Pretty

Colors are nice but somehow the combination wasn't as bright as I hoped it would be. Be careful when working on the bird - even with color coding it's very easy to wander off and end up puling out your work to start over. This was lovely in it's frame.

Beautiful

I just finished this one using #16 aida cloth. Instead of doing french knots, I used beads and it was especially beautiful in the dragonfly wings. It was easy and pretty quick. I hope my sister-in-law likes it for a Christmas present.

I totally agree with Marilyn's comment, it is an absolutely awesome saying and the surrounding design is very soothing. I love working Diane Arthurs borders. They come out looking so delicate and intricate when in stitching there is an easy flow of stitches to get the look she achieves.

calculating linen needed & list.

I think how you have added the list to your shopping along with the calculator is a NEAT idea. They should all have it! As for the picture, not only is it a beautiful picture, but the saying is also beautiful & so very, very true. Ladybug
