Cardboard Floss Bobbins

I have been having trouble finding the cardboard bobbins in stores. I hate the plastic version. I’m wondering if DMC is not going to sell them anymore

Easy to write on these with a ball-point pen. You need a sharpie to write on the plastic ones (and then the number fades as you use them). I've also bought the cheap, no name paper ones. Don't waste your money

I have both types of floss bobbins. I use the plastic for bulk colors eg black, which is used most projects. The cardboard bobbins are ideal for occasional colors such as terracotta.

Prefer these to the plastic ones which won’t hold the thread securely.

Buy plastic if u have a big project. Cardboard ones wear out!! Have to reorganize...again.
