Chipmunk
Hi. Is this project a counted cross-stitch kit or is the picture pre-printed on the fabric? Thank you. Patricia

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind MONDAY
Good Monday morning everyone. The snow has stopped, but we got over 10 inches to contend with and it's cold. We have to venture out today to fill our gas tank and get a few items at the store. I am starting on my "Mermaid and the Ship" (cropped version) this morning and taking a break from Lady for about 2 weeks. Might as well settle in for what looks to be a long, long winter. Have a great week!

Dec 2025 WIP (Work in Progress) 'Show and Tell'
Hello everyone! December has arrived and it's time for our beginning-of-the-month sharing of what we've been stitching on, or have completed, in the past few weeks.
Post a photo and brief description (name of pattern + designer or publisher) of what you've been working on! As always, if you prefer not to share a photo or have difficulty doing it, just tell us in words!

An Elizabeth Update 🐱
I took Elizabeth (Lizzie) to the vet and scheduled for her to be spayed. The cost was astronomical! Anyway, she was spayed yesterday and I brought her home today. What a mess. She screamed all the way home- urinated and defecated 💩 in the carrier. For those of you who know about cats, that is not usual- they never do that. But the cone was upsetting her, the carrier upset her, she was hungry, not feeling well, etc. so she had an accident. I bought another litter box- and paper litter- I now have 3, and she is sequestered downstairs away from Ezra. When O opened the carrier, I saw that she fought so hard that the cone came off. 😱 I fed her some mousse but had to give her a second container because the poor thing was so hungry. Ezra came to the door to see/smell what was going on and she went right to the door, growled at her brother and tried to swipe him from the other side of the door. If she starts to fight with him, her wound can open. But she calls for me all the time. Ezra is becoming overly affectionate and clingy. I am so tired from running around, the vet, etc. But she is home and I will try to connect them soon. Even with everything involved - time, effort, finances, etc. I am very glad to have her. 🥰

Beautiful Piece!!
I started this pc from the booklet back before children. It was put aside for many years, as were many of my projects. But now the the girls are adults and there are a few grandchildren in the picture, my Woodland Faerie is back on the road to completion!
Be prepared for lots of blends, fractionals and top stitching, true to Teresa Wentzler's style, as well as petite point in the faerie's skin detail with really looks amazing.
Make sure to use an evenweave fabric. Not suitable for aida.
Enjoy!

A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord- and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. Isaiah 11:1-2 NIV

I thought this was a towel!
I just received 2 pattern books but no towels. One of the customer comments asked if this was Aida fabric…so I assumed it was the towel with an Aida 14 strip for the design. I certainly don’t need 2 pattern books. What I need are the towels! Please advise what my options are.
