I fell onto my Head...
Hi there Fellow Stitchers! I had two bad falls at home last year, resulting in some strange memory problems and another fall this year landing on my fanny and breaking my back. I am still stitching and am sometimes so frustrated that I get upset and have to stop, which doesn't help.
It's more or less like going back in time. Both my grandmother and my great-grandma did every kind of stitching one could imagine. As a pre-schooler, I was allowed to play with some of the floss making leashes for my toys. Now, at 80, I feel somewhat inadequate as I even have problems with silly stuff. Having given things away over the years, I cannot recall how to recalculate sizes, like converting a pattern from 14 count to 16 count. I am pretty sure that the fabric size is less, but I no longer recall how to figure it out. Can anyone tell me ow to figure this out? Also, how to figure out smaller to larger count.
I am relearning almost everything, it seems, but am better than I was months ago. Thanks for your help!

Satisfying Fall project
I had so much fun working on this project! It is so lovely! I have it hanging in my entryway for this fall season. Its colors and motif are Fall perfection! I highly recommend this pattern for all of the season of Fall overs out there!

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind MONDAY
Good Monday morning everyone. It's very cold again this morning with patches of frost. Gutter cleaning is finished for the year and the debris in the compost pile. Next job is caulking the 8 windows on our enclosed porch and our cottage will be completely winterized. After yesterday, today is going to be a lot more low key! Here's to a new week and a new start. Have a magnificent Monday!

Beautiful labor of love
I just finished this and boy does it make me happy! The colors are gorgeous and vibrant. I didn’t realize how long it would take me (I work 48-hour weeks) so if you’re like me, give yourself plenty of grace while working on this. It’s so satisfying, definitely worth the work. Side note: I found and completed the incomplete purple diamond at the bottom! ☺️

Pumpkin
Not properly framed Had to check and make sure it works. The background material is the same as “Boo” Butterfly so it will make a nice complimentary piece

Colors
Hi, How does the Icelandic Beige compare to the White Chocolate, I would like to have a more warm color ? Is the French Lace a warm or cool grey ? Thank you
