Do you stitch?
Does anyone do or have you done Northern Expressions or CM Designs? I always look at the Carolyn Manning designs because they’re so pretty. The intricacy of each one is too much for me. What draws you to them? Could you post a pic of one you’ve completed?

searching for a winter cross stitch pattern
Hello everyone, I am a first timer to the chat. Hope everyone is doing fantastic. I am looking for help. I recently inherited a few unfinished cross stitch projects from my mother who is suffering from Alzheimer's and unable to continue. This one that I have posted I cannot find the pattern for (my mom apparently misplaced hers). Does this look familiar to anyone? If someone can tell me a brand I might be able to search for it online. I was recently able to buy a replacement pattern for the Lord's Supper which I am currently working on (also from my Mom). Hope to hear from you all.
God Bless!

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind THURSDAY
Good Thursday morning everyone. Woke up a little earlier today and already started laundry. Today we're making New England clam chowder, which goes with this cool, rainy weather we're having. I'll be backstitching today and think I'll have my "Summer Cardinals" finished in a few days. Wishing you all an excellent day!

Hello all!
Raining here today so I did laundry and cleaned out the pantry and some things in the freezer. Gracie is not feeling too well today I think here adventure took it's toll on her. She is slowly coming around.
Irish it is so very kind of you to ship me some squirrels but really we have enough of those and chipmunks and gophers to last forever. The chipmunks are the worst they dig up everything. Tonight it is Ruben sandwich night. As for the garden we don't plant lettuce or cucumbers anymore just have a hard time with them. Squash you bet, peas, beans, carrots, tomatoes, several kinds of peppers, beets, and cabbage no sweet corn can't seem to grow that either oh and we also grow potatoes. Well Graice and I are going to lay down for a bit, it's heck to get old.
Hugs To All Holly

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind WEDNESDAY
Good Wednesday morning eveyrone. Well, yesterday I walked into the dentist's office and was informed I was a day early for my appointment, so I go today. I have no idea how I messed that up other than I wrote the wrong date on the calendar. Yes, I'm a boomer, I still manually write appointments on a calendar on our kitchen wall. The look on the receptionist's face was "OK, boomer!" God I hate that expression. It's so disrespectful. Anyway, today it's off to the dentist for the upper scaling and then next week for the lower. Later, it's stitching and glad the dentist is over. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Hi everyone....update
Hi everyone thanks for you thoughts and prayers . Mom and dad are progressing slowly but surely with their medical shenanigans. They are at 2 different locations dad should be going to that place after the 25 of this month unless he goes home.
Mom we are still not sure they are still adjusting her sugar around, because if you are not absorbing certain vitamins your body makes you fall and break certain thingss we need.
They both have a lot of PT, Or and dad has speech therapy I'm hoping Mom does too. She talks through her teeth this is pretty new. It's almost like she's afraid to open her mouth
MIL joined in with these medical shenanigans too,her friend took her to a sister site of the sand hospital my dad is in. Hubby went back to hospital with all her meds and only 3 days of supplements....she takes so many i think this has a lot to do with the hospital adventure too. She 85 and is slowly slowing down to a dull road instead of a tsunami.
