Easter Meal-Anything Special?
We are having ham, baked potatoes and salad for supper. I don't know about dessert. It will be probably be something easy peasy. Is anyone having a large family gathering?

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. black pepper
1tsp. garlic powder
In a pie plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Combine well. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil on a plate. Then coat each chop with the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the chops so they are well coated. Line a pan with tin foil, then spray lightly with cooking spray. Place the pork chops in the pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Tip: I left the bone in and just cooked them 15 minutes longer. I also used Renoylds non stick foil, easier and faster.
These chops are really, really tasty.
