Has anyone or does anyone remember a company called Needle Necessities?
I have an old cross stitch pattern that calls for variegated floss by Needle Necessities.
I see that Threadworx has variegated floss but I am unsure of how to compare the numbers on this pattern to Threadworx floss, Can anyone help me? Or maybe I should just look at the color chart and try to get as close as possible. :) The color numbers in the pattern are:
129 Sequoia (dark rust to burnt umber)
146 Fall Foliage (light rust to gold to light umber)
189 Kismet (light rust to gold to light gray green)

Recently purchased this leaflet and associated threads. Are all stitches full cross stitch and backstitch? Are there French knots and, if so, what are the symbols for where they go; what color thread is used? Are the glass beads part of a full cross stitch; instructions please for these stitches with beads. Thank you.

Leviticus 22: 1 - 6


1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses saying,


2 Tell Aaron and his sons to be careful with the holy gifts of Israel,
which they delicate to Me, so as not to profane My holy name;
I am the Lord.


3 Say to them, Any man among all your descendants throughout your
generations who approaches the holy gifts which the sons of Israel
consecrate to the Lord, while he has an uncleanness, that person shall
be cut off from My presence; I am the Lord.


4 No man of the descendants of Aaron, who has leprosy or has a
discharge may eat of the holy gifts until he is clean. And one who
touches anything made unclean by a corpse, or a man who has a seminal
emission,


5 or a man who touches any swarming thins by which he is made unclean,
or touches any person by whom he is made unclean, whatever his uncleanness;


6 a person by whom any such things shall be unclean until evening;
and shall not eat of the holy gifts unless he has bathed his body in water.
