Here they are. It’s afternoon sleepy 😴 time and look at this. I think I did something right here. On their own. Several of you told me this would happen. It has. She still annoys him sometimes but they are getting along. 😊

Here n the suburbs of New York, we have snow snow snow. I have decided NOT to go out and dig off my car. I have enough food and supplies here at home to last weeks. I have just finished making (crocheting) a cute blanket for the kitties here at Pet Smart. They are so appreciative ....That is where I adopted my Mici . Now I am going to knit a "Jellyroll" blanket. This is where I use all my left over yarns and knit different patterns all connected to form a strip. Then so on and on and the strips get sewn connected to form a cute blanket. I rarely do cross stitching in the winter. I will cross stitch again soon....lots of WIPS. Happy New Year everyone !

Good Saturday morning everyone. Today is a short trip to the store and my JCS magazine finally arrived and I can stitch the last in the series of seasonal mini-samplers. I love this issue and want to do the Valentine quilt piece. Still waiting on my WOXS magazine. Not much else going on and it's been a peaceful Christmas week. Italian Vegetable Soup

1 7oz. tomato paste with Italian herbs
1/2 head of small cabbage
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 small zucchini
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 carrot
2 stalks celery
1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
1/4 c. uncooked orzo
1 tsp. of oregano
6-8 cups of water

Put in crock pot and let it cook until vegetables are softened.

is this like the baby quilt kits and it's actually already a quilted or does it need backing and fill to be quilted on?
