Hi! What should I use to hold the fabric while I am cross stitching? Should i just use an embroidery hoop or something else? I am still learning so any tips are welcome! :)

Well, I finally took a leap of faith and left my job! I am terrified but confident it all will work out according to God's plan for me. Last week was just the last straw. seems they wanted to move me from one location to another --do the same job - for much less pay! I have accepted so much abuse from this place and that was the last straw.....no more!!

I have not told my GS yet because I do not want to add any stress to his life. I will keep our routine as is and hope he does not figure anything out for a while. You ---my stitching family - are the 1st to know besides my BFF who just found out yesterday. Please send prayers and any advice you have for me. Appreciate you all so much!! Deb2

Good Sunday morning everyone. The excitement this morning was the dogs had a possum cornered under the deck and we had to carry them inside. What a way to wake up for what you expect to be a peaceful, quiet venture into the new day! Today is our anniversary (11 years) and we're leaving for the day for a long, country drive and out to lunch. The leaves are just starting to change, but won't be in full glory for about two weeks or so. Have a serene Sunday.
