Good Friday morning everyone. What a week and I'm glad it's almost over. You would think I worked at a job all week so much was going on. The sky is clear, but cool, so today we decided to just go for a long drive and air out our souls. I'll do a little stitching this morning and then off we'll go. The leaves are changing into their colors and it will be a nice drive. Have a fabulous Friday!

My first time posting. Just want to say “hi” and show you my latest finish - just about an hour ago. It’s called “In Full Bloom” by Graphs by Barbara and Cheryl. I spent 382.5 hours stitching this one! I love to stitch houses, buildings, or anything architectural. Enjoy!

I'm going to try out my new eyes this weekend with Alone With God, my labor of love bead stitching project. You're looking at approximately 6,500 seed beads. All told, there will be 7,500-8,000. I'm so close to being done! Framing it is making me fret though. I know I will have to pin every 1.5 mm, and I will also have to lace it, because this is one heavy piece! Do I lace then pin? Pin then lace? Pin some, lace, and then pin some more? I need a game plan. I already have the frame, a gray 2.5" wide barnwood one, that will look awesome on the light daffodil fabric. Suggestions?

Hello cool, rainy Wednesday morning everyone. It will be an inside day for sure. Have you ever spent a day when you did absolutely nothing? And I mean NOTHING. We watched movies yesterday and lolled around the cottage with the pups. It was rain, wind, and cold and no one felt like doing a thing. On a side note if you can, donate to your local food pantry as 43 million Americans are about to lose their SNAP benefits. Have a wild Wednesday.
