GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind SATURDAY
Good Saturday morning everyone. Yesterday we had winds up to 50 mph. There is something soothing about the sound of wind and many times during the day I would go outside just to feel it when the dogs would go out. Stitching has been a great solace as I work on a piece for my sister. Still, we both find gratitude and lean on our faith to get through this difficult time in our lives. Have a satisfying Satuday!

GOOD MORNING - What's on your mind FRIDAY
Good Friday morning everyone. Every day is a good day An attitude of gratitude makes all the difference in the world for me. I wake up looking forward to a new day. So many as they age do not feel this way and I hope going through the rest of my life I can maintain this outlook. We are currently facing a serious health issue with Bryan and he is scheduled for surgery on March 16 for a 2 cm. suspicious lesion under his tongue. I am maintaining calm, but inside I am scared for him and what this might reveal. Our dentist discovered this and our doctor referred him to an ENT specialist for evaluation. We will get through this and maintain our gratitude. Have a fabulous Friday!

primrose cottage pattern
i ordered stitching rules pattern by primrose cottage and am so excited with it. it was pricey at $20. but is worth every penny. it is printed on excellent cardstock and in booklet form. the pattern itself is in color which i haven't seen in a long time. instructions and symbol charts are top notch. colors are very pretty together. in the past couple of years i have been disappointed a few times when ordering a pattern and receiving only one sheet of flimsy paper. i highly recommend primrose cottage patterns and will do more of them in the future. cheryl

Evidence-Good Life, I Think…
Hi 👋🏽 all. It has been close to three months since I brought Elizabeth home to live with me and Ezra. What a journey!!! There is still a standoff between them but they are doing the best they can. Ezra has not adjusted to her entirely but she is not always nice to him either. But I recently took a picture of Lizzie’s backside to show everyone. Look at that rump! When she came to me she was skin-and-bone. Look at my girl now!!! Some fine eating. But here is the problem- she wants to eat all the time. Everything. Ezra is accustomed to eating a little then going back, etc. Not good- Elizabeth goes behind him and eats. Poor thing is obsessed with food. I get it- she knows what it is like to be hungry. But she eats plenty now… observe. 😆
