Good Friday morning everyone. Everyone asleep so I can get some quiet stitching time in this morning. I hope the wildfire smoke clears up because yesterday I completely covered New Jersey. We stayed inside but enjoyed each other's company. Bryan doing well and as weird as this sounds I talked to the dogs on speaker phone. Stay safe everyone if in heat and smoke. As you know I too have asthma so I feel your pain. Couple things what kind of dogs do you have and their names? Also I have found in my patterns a bookmark design book and a sachet leaflet that I have two of they are yours if you want them, no charge at all. Just let me know and I will send them on there way.

I also found a booklet of "Cabin Classic Afghan" from Stoney Creek that I have a extra one if any one is interested in, free.

Morning Everyone!
I can finally can find my computer again lost it in all the smoke from the wildfires in Northern Minnesota and Canada. Has been rough for me the last few weeks with the heat and humidity and now the smoke. Yesterday was so bad I just laid down most of the day because my chest and throat were hurting and burning and don't get me started on my eyes. Needless to say I haven't gotten any stitching done seems like forever. I think I am having withdrawals lol.

For 12 years I've lived in the same 12-unit apartment building. For about the last 6, I've been trying to make the building more of a community. People move in and out so fast, but I try to welcome each one with fresh apple juice and offer free refills. In 6 years, nothing. Until yesterday... I came home to a bag on my doorknob with a jar inside! The neighbor's 10-12 yo son drew an apple and colored it in. So realistic! She wrote a thank you note on the back! This jar with its apple is going on my bookshelf. =^..^=
