Good Wednesday morning everyone. I hope everyone's week is going well and that the snow is melting and the sun is shining. Yesterday was another phone day with Bryan on the phone with his brother and me on the phone with my sister-in-law. It was like a 3-way conversation. It can be quiet for days and then all of sudden it's the phone. Today should be quieter. Wishing everyone a wonderful Wednesday. Blessings and prayers for the many situations in the world.

Please keep the small community of Tumbler Ridge in your prayers after a terrible mass shooting in their secondary school and at a private residence. Ten people dead and 25 injured. No info is being given out at present. So very tragic. 💕

I have this nice pattern. The color key and symbols has one missing symbol. It is the upside down symbol of classic colorworks blackbird. The symbol is in the balloon. Please advise.

Leviticus 13: 18 - 23


18 "Now when the body has a boil in its skin
and it is healed,


19 and in the place of the boil there is a
white swelling or a reddish white, bright
spot, then it shall be shown to the priest;


20 and the priest shall look, and behold, if it
appears to be deeper than the skin, and the
hair on it has turned white, then the priest
shall pronounce him unclean; it is the
infection of leprosy, it is the infection
of leprosy, it has broken out in the boil.


21 But if the priest looks at it, and behold,
there are no white hairs in it and it is
deeper than the skin and is faded, then
the priest shall isolate him for seven days,


22 and if it spreads farther on the skin, then
the priest shall pronounce him unclean;
it is an infection.


23 But if the bright spot remains in its place
and does not spread, it is only the scar
of the boil; and the priest shall pronounce
him clean.

How's the postage situation over there now?? I have a package in transit from yourselves and wondered if things are still a little delayed due to weather conditions. I have another order waiting for me to finalise it and send.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Cobbler/ Pudding Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons of baking cocoa
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of baking cocoa
1 1/2 cups of very hot water
Vanilla ice cream ( optional)

DIRECTIONS

✴1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 " x 9" baking dish.

✴2. Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 Tablespoons of baking cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

✴3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Add nuts. Add liquid mixture to the flour/sugar mix and stir to combine . Pour into prepared baking dish.

✴4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup of baking cocoa . Sprinkle over the batter followed by adding the chocolate chips . Pour hot water over the batter. Do not stir.

✴5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is dry. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

✴6. Spoon warm cake into the dessert dish and spoon sauce from the pan onto each serving.

✴7. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
