Good Friday first day of spring morning everyone. I have my spring and Easter projects decorating our cottage. I put them up yesterday and the room already looks more cheerful. Yesterday it got up to 62 degrees and we sat on a blanket in the yard soaking up the sun. I remember when they had solariums for people who were recovering from illnesses and it lifted Bryan's frame of mind up considerably. My butterfly gift arrived yesterday in New Jersey and my sister was so happy to get it. Today I'm working on the dragonfly. I'm at the halfway point on that one and after these gifts are stitched it's back to my full coverage pieces. Have a fabulous Friday and a hail and farewell to winter!

Leviticus 16: 19 - 26


19 With his finger he shall sprinkle some of the
blood in it seven times and cleanse it, and consecrate
it from the impurities of the sons of Israel.


20 "When he finishes atoning for the Holy Place and the tent
of meeting and the altar, he shall offer the live goat.


21 Then Aaron shall lay both of his hands on the head of the
live goat, and confess over it all the wrongdoings of the sons
of Israel and all their unlawful acts regarding all their sins;
and he shall place them on the head of the goat and send
it away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who stands
ready.


22 Then the goat shall carry on itself all their wrongdoing to an
isolated territory; he shall release the goat in the wilderness.


23 "Then Aaron shall come into the tent of meeting and take off
the linen garments which he put on when he went into the
Holy Place, and shall leave them there.


24 And he shall bathe his body with water in a holy place
and put on his clothes, and come out and offer his burnt
offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make
atonement for himself and for the people.


25 Then he shall offer up in smoke the fat of the sin offering
on the altar.


26 The one who released the goat as the scapegoat
shall wash his clothes and bathe his body with water;
then afterward he shall come into the camp.

Good spring eve Thursday morning everyone. I think today I am putting my spring cross stitch projects up. The snow has melted and it's supposed to hit the 70's this weekend. Easter is April 5 and early this year. I am at the halfway point on the dragonfly and should be finished with that next week. Hopefully it will be a typical Thursday with no unwelcome surprises. Have a good Thursday.
