Good Wednesday morning everyone. Well, the results are in for Bryan. 0.8 cm squamous cell carcinoma. Basically stage 0-1 and on the surface. He has to go back to have the margins lasered and then he should be cancer free. Check-ups will be every 6 months for three years and then once a year for the rest of his life. Not bad news because this was caught early. Do not delay your visits to the dentist because our dentist caught this. Good news, I passed my annual wellness with flying colors and the doctor was very, very pleased with my 42 pound weight loss. BMI from 34 to 28 and 28 is within the normal range for a senior. I still would like to lose another 10 pounds, but this whole lifestyle change is a journey and one I will stay on for the rest of my life. Today will be mailing out the dragonfly and later I'm making beef vegetable soup. What a week so far! The key is to stay positive and remain grateful for the blessings one has in their life. Good Tuesday morning everyone. Today is the day for the annual wellness and Bryan's check up. We'll be getting that out of the way early. I finished the dragonfly and soon it will be framed up and sent to my niece who cross stitches. She's done some beautiful work. I also told her about this site for cross stitching supplies and she's thrilled to have found this since no LNS store near her. I started the seed packet project yesterday from Crosstitcher Magazine and I'm loving it. Yes, another side trip and I keep putting off my two large WIP's. I'm just not feeling them right now. I'll get to them eventually. Have a terrific Tuesday with whatever you choose to do today.
