Good Monday morning everyone and welcome to a new week. What will this week bring? Today is Mexican Independence Day from Spain and Mexican heritage month. Dinner tonight will be enchiladas with the Hatch chiles. Hoping this week brings peaceful resolutions to situations that are swirling around in the world. Have a great week!

Tomorrow I see the eye surgeon for a pre-op for the 30th. They wii need to measure the eye but that cataract is so bad but I will keep all of you posted

anything goes wrong remember you all or amazing and wonderful the best there can be my chip that sends off reports about my heart been non response for awhile 6 years are so ago they checked me and lucky i was fine passed nicely just alot of a mess from where they went in thru my leg theres always chance of air getting in then you know it can happen sometimes you get that feeling you know so i just felt i should say something was like yeah ill say something no ill just let it be but heres me saying whats going on three lab techs took my blood today they need few tubes to see info before the surgery which is the 17th at 1 im not as young as i was i dont bounce back as i did but im sure ill be ok i still have alot of mazes to still share after all hahaha had to throw humor in there well i hope you all are safe and thank you for being awsome

I ordered Merry Christmas Snowman by Ursula Michael #2982....The pattern was so hard to decipher. The darker blue and lighter blue was so similar and so difficult to tell the difference. This is the first time I have had any trouble with the patterns from ECS. I was using a very expensive cloth but after many many tries, in my frustration I just ripped everything up and threw it out. Again, never had such a frustrating experience and so disappointed. (sad face)

A day at the beach in East Harbor…a long walk to the part of the beach where dogs are allowed, and even longer (or so it seemed) return trip.but sooooo much fun, it was a beautiful day, and the water was lovely and warm…tomorrow we’ll worry about cleaning all the sand out of what was my clean jeep…

I feel like you guys have been with me the whole time I've been dealing with this vision impairment. I have a success to share! My reading vision is still pretty poor. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do close up work, but God let me keep the gift of sewing table runners. Lining up the stripes to make that point is challenging. Yesterday I failed to line up the stripes. I had to pull out some stitches to try again. That means I successfully used a seam ripper! It was slow going because I couldn't really see the stitches. I knew they were there though. I'm so grateful that I have the confidence to fix wayward stripes.
